Birth And death Certificates
Certified copies of birth and death certificates for the State of Missouri are available.
- Births registered after 1920 are available and deaths registered after 1980 are available on-site.
- Earlier records must be obtained from the Office of Vital Records in Jefferson City.
- Applications for certificates are accepted at our office.
- Certificates are printed onsite in our office.
Immunization Records
Immunization Records are available for those children immunized at the Dent County Health Center.
