General Adult and Child Vaccines
Childhood immunizations and adult immunizations are available. For an immunization schedule for children see the link below. Immunizations that are recommended by the Missouri Department of Health are provided at the Dent County Health Center. Please bring shot records to each visit when possible.
Influenza Vaccines
Influenza shots are given during the annual flu season from about September to March.
Travel Vaccines

Vaccines For Children (VFC)
We participate in the Vaccines for Children program, which ensures that all children can get vaccines at no charge even if they don’t have insurance.
317, CHIP, Etc
We participate in other Federal and State programs that sometimes allow us to provide vaccines at no cost to adults, including flu vaccines.
COVID-19 Vaccines
We offer Pfizer and Moderna for all ages. We have Novavax for adults.
Medical and Religious Exemptions
Medical exemption cards for children in school or in daycare can be issued through our office. Medical exemptions require a note from a physician explaining the reason for the exemption.
Religious exemption cards can be issued through our office for children in school or in daycare.
Exemptions only apply to requirements implemented by Missouri law. Vaccine requirements by law only apply to children in schools or daycares. We cannot provide exemptions for military, employer, or travel vaccine requirements.
