Includes a blood pressure screening, a weight/BMI assessment, and blood draw for cholesterol and A1C (average blood sugar). Orders are not necessary for this screening. $19.50.

Sexual Health 

Are you at risk for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, or other STDs? We can discretely screen you for these diseases and offer treatment for some diseases if necessary.
