We use a software called BookRidesOnline to manage our transportation program. Once you create an account, you can download the app on the app store for faster repeat ride booking. Use the widget below to book a ride online or call 573-729-3106.
Important Note for TORCH Recipients
Please Choose “TORCH” from service type or the ride cannot be booked under TORCH. Please also allow extra processing time for TORCH rides for us to verify the reservation.
You must enter a credit or debit card when using this form, but if you are a TORCH rider, you will not be charged. Our software does not allow us to bypass this part of the process. This is part of the reason for the increased processing time for TORCH Rides. Thank you for your patience with this. Please contact our office if this is a barrier for you.
How to Ride Free
If you have Medicaid, we can likely get you free rides.
If you have WIC, we can transport you to your appointment for free.
If you’ve been directly affected by the opioid epidemic, you can receive free rides for a limited time.
