Call to Order and Roll Call
Bob Parsons, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, called the meeting to order at 5:09 p.m.; in attendance were board members Bob Parsons, Dennis Floyd, and Carol Lacy. Zach Moser, Administrator, was present. Board members Lori Hasten and Bob Gravley were absent.
Minutes and Agenda
The minutes for the June 20th meeting were reviewed. Carol Lacy moved to approve the minutes. Dennis Floyd seconded, and the motion carried.

Administrator Report – Zach Moser
- Lead Poisoning Townhall – There lead poisoning townhall meeting open to the public scheduled August 1st, 5:30pm at the armory.
- Back to School Festival – Immunizations and Teacher Appreciation – August 3rd, 9am to 12pm.
- Event Recaps – Zach, Brittany, and Trish attended the NACCHO IPC summit. Zach attended Administrator training in Jefferson City.
- Accreditation/Community Health Assessment – Work will begin on Accreditation and community health assessment.
- Strategic Plan – Progress on the Strategic Plan was discussed.
Expenses
DCHC financial reports for June, including the review from H&R block, were reviewed. Current Assets at June 31st were $1,235,199.34. Total assets were $1,931,517.97, total liabilities were $179,068.08, and equity was $1,752,449.89. Revenue for June was $155,527.72, expenses were $86,343.14 for net operating revenue of $155,527.72. After other revenue and expenses, net revenue was $154,566.95.
Dennis Floyd moved to approve the financial reports, and the report from H&R Block. Carol Lacy seconded. Motion carried.
New Business:
- CDs – a table of CD rates from local banks was presented, representing four local banks. Carol Lacy moved to purchase a $250,000 12 month CD from Progressive Ozark Bank at 4.75% and $200,000 3 month CD at Bank of Salem at 3.6%. Dennis Floyd seconded and the motion carried.
- New Position – Zach proposed creation of a Admin Assistant/ Marketing / Public Relations / Accreditation Coordinator position. Dennis Floyd moved to approve the position. Carol Lacy seconded and the motion carried.

The next regular board meeting date was set for Thursday, August 22th, 2024 @ 5:00 p.m.
With no further business Carol Lacy moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m. This was seconded by Dennis Floyd and all were in favor. Meeting adjourned.
