Dent County Health Center Board of Trustees
Call to Order and Roll Call
Bob Parsons, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.; in attendance were board members Bob Parsons, , Carol Lacy and Dennis Floyd. Board Members Bob Gravley and Lori Hasten were absent. Also present were Zach Moser, Administrator, Roma Jones, Assistant Administrator.
Roll Call
Three of five trustees were present, meeting quorum.
Tax Rate Hearing
Zach presented the data received from the State Auditor and County Clerk. The Floor was opened for hearing of citizens. None were present. Dennis Floyd moved to adopt the new rate of 0.0960 as allowed by the law. Carol Lacy seconded and all were in favor.

Administrator Moser then asked for a change to the agenda due to board member Dennis Floyd having another obligation at 5:30, which would leave the board without a quorum. The changes to the agenda were accepted by unanimous consent.
Conflict of Interest Resolution
Resolution 2025-R002 was proposed, which is the Conflict of interest ordinance. Carol Lacy moved and Dennis Floyd seconded to approve the resolution. The motion carried.
MOSIP Resolution
A resolution, 2025-R004 was proposed to join the MOSIP investment program. Carol Lacy moved and Dennis Floyd seconded to approve the resolution. The motion carried.
Investment Plan
Zach presented bids for CDs from MOSIP, Bank of Salem, and Progressive Ozark Bank. Carol Lacy moved to invest $150,000 in a 9 month CD with Bank of Salem at 4.25% and $100,000 in a 1 year CD with MOSIP for 4.35%. Dennis Floyd seconded and the motion carried.
With urgent business attended to, and the imminent loss of quorum, the remainder of the agenda was suspended. Dennis Floyd moved to adjourn. Carol Lacy seconded and the motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 5:25pm.
