- Come visit us at 1010 E. Scenic Rivers Blvd and pick up your free kit. OR find Rod and Pre at a community outreach event and ask for a free kit.
- Fill it out completely and accurately. Update it anytime your medications or health status changes.
- Place it where EMS can find it , on your refrigerator, in a labeled bag, or inside a magnetic file folder on the front door.
- Use the decal that comes with the kit to alert responders to its presence (ex. on your front door).
