Bob Parsons, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, called the meeting to order at 5:06 p.m.; in attendance were Bob Parsons, Kim Smith, Dennis Floyd, Shirley Larson, Sandra Headrick, Zach Moser and Roma Jones. Guests who were not present for the entire meeting were April Greener and Kelly Smith.
