Bob Parsons, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.; in attendance were Bob Parsons, Kim Smith, Dennis Floyd, Zach Moser and Roma Jones. The minutes for the August 2022 regular board meeting were reviewed. Dennis Floyd moved to approve the minutes. Kim Smith seconded, and the motion carried.
