Minutes of April 21, 2022 Meeting
Dent County Health Center Board of Trustees
Bob Parsons, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, called the meeting to order at 5:09 p.m.; in attendance were Bob Parsons, Sandra Headrick, Kim Smith, Zach Moser and Roma Jones.
The minutes for the March 2022 regular board meeting were reviewed. Sandra Headrick moved to approve the minutes. Kim Smith seconded, and the motion carried.
