NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING AND VOTE TO CLOSE PART OF MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HEALTH CENTER WILL CONDUCT THE REGULAR MONTHLY BOARD MEETING AT 5 P.M ON October 16th, 2025 AT THE DENT COUNTY HEALTH CENTER ANNEX BUILDING, at 1014 E. Scenic Rivers Blvd, in the Conference Room.

Tentative agenda topics include:

  2. Approval of the Minutes of the September meeting.
  3. Community Health Improvement Plan – Jessica Ricks, Population Health Director
  4. Old Business

  9. Closed Session pursuant to § 610.021(3), RSMo, scheduled at 6pm. Open session will resume after closed business is handled at 6pm, if necessary.
