NOTICE OF OPEN AND VOTE TO CLOSE PART OF THE MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE HEALTH CENTER WILL CONDUCT THE Monthly BOARD MEETING AT 5 P.M ON April 16th, 2026 AT THE DENT COUNTY HEALTH CENTER ANNEX BUILDING, at 1014 E. Scenic Rivers Blvd, in the Conference Room.

Tentative agenda topics include:

  1. Call to Order
  2. Food Code Hearing
  3. Approval of the Minutes of the March meeting.
  4. Old Business
    • Operations Reports
    • Administrator’s Report
    • Financial Reports Approval
  5. New Business
    1. CD Purchase
  6. Closed Session pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3)
  7. Next regular meeting date May 21st, 2026
  8. Adjourn

The tentative agenda of this meeting also includes a vote to close part of this meeting pursuant to RSMo 610.021 (3).
