On the second day of Christmas, DCHC offers these services to you: Health Screenings

1. *Heart Healthy Screenings: $19.50
2. (Includes height/weight, BMI, blood pressure assessment, waist circumference, and blood work for lipid panel and A1C.)
3. *TB Testing: $10.00
4. *Sports Physicals: $15.00
5. *STI Testing: Free
6. *Breast & Cervical Screenings: Free for qualifying individuals.
