*Well Woman’s Exam: $39.00 (Free to qualifying individuals).
*STI Testing: Free.
*Birth Control available as an oral or as an injectable contraceptive.
*Pregnancy Testing & Case Management: Testing is $10.00. Case Management, including education and resources, is available to patients with active Medicaid.
*TEMP Medicaid Application: If you are uninsured and pregnant, resources are available to assist you in setting up Medicaid.
*Heart Healthy Screenings: $19.50 (Includes height/weight, BMI, blood pressure assessment, waist circumference, and blood work for a lipid panel and A1C).
