Salem, MO – The Dent County Health Center is proud to announce , their first annual a charity gala and awards dinner dedicated to celebrating community members and organizations who embody the mission of public health while raising funds to support disease prevention and community wellness initiatives across Dent County.
Scheduled for April 24th, Salem Community Center @ The Armory, the gala will bring together local leaders, businesses, healthcare partners, and residents for an evening focused on connection, recognition, and impact. The event will feature a silent auction, opportunities for event and auction sponsorships, and the recognition of individuals and partner organizations whose dedication and service have strengthened the health and well-being of the community.
“Public Health is Built on relationships, trust, and collaboration,” said Zachary Moser, Administrator of DCHC. “This event reflects the deep roots we have in Dent County and our shared commitment to helping our community grow healthier together.”
Proceeds from the gala will directly support Dent County Health Center programs, including the Teen Maze and Mini Maze prevention education series, biannual community health fairs, and the continued expansion of community-based events focused on disease prevention, health education, and early intervention.
Local business, organizations, and community members are invited to participate through event sponsorships and silent auction donations, providing an opportunity to demonstrate community leadership while supporting essential public health programs.
