Additionally, this opportunity is funded by the ToRCH Grant, allowing us to expand our efforts in preventative care and chronic disease management in Dent County.
What You’ll Be Doing
✔ Providing individualized nutrition counseling for clients, focusing on improving dietary habits and overall health.
✔ Supporting WIC participants by offering guidance on nutrition for mothers, infants, and young children.
✔ Collaborating with our healthcare team to implement effective obesity management strategies.
✔ Educating the community on sustainable, evidence-based nutrition practices.
