On December 2nd, The Dent County Health Center closed on the purchase of the building located at 1014 E. Scenic Rivers Blvd, which is next door to the main office at 1010 E. Scenic Rivers Blvd. The decision to purchase the property was unanimously approved by the Board of Trustees on October 23rd, 2024, in closed session.
DCHC plans to use the portion of the building previously occupied by Roberts Accounting for meeting rooms and office space to accommodate past and future growth of the facility. The Dent County Soil and Water Conservation office will remain in their current location.
DCHC is excited for the possibilities this new property offers to better serve Dent County and its residents.
